How this is sourced
Every price on every card is taken from the funeral director's own Standardised Price List — the document the Competition and Markets Authority requires every UK funeral director to publish — and checked against a second source on the same day. The two sources are recorded for every firm. Verification dates are visible on each card.
Where a card shows a star rating, the figure is taken from public review aggregators that mirror Google data, last checked 9 May 2026. Many firms have no rating shown — usually because the firm has fewer than eight public reviews, or the review data wasn't reachable from a public source. Rather than show a fragile number, the card simply omits it.
Kingdom doesn't book funerals. There is no fee, no commission, no kickback, no sponsored placement, no review form on the site. Listing order is by town and alphabetical within town unless you sort otherwise. The phone numbers are the only call to action — ringing the funeral director directly is the next step.
